Privacy notice
Short, because we collect very little. This explains what happens to the information you give us and what you can ask us to do with it.
We collect what you type into the contact form, and nothing else. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not helping us run this website.
Who we are
This website is operated by OrbitX Infotech Private Limited, a company registered in India. For anything in this notice — including any request about your own information — write to info@orbitxinfotech.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form:
- Your name and company — so we know who we are speaking to
- Your work email address — so we can reply. We ask for a business address rather than a personal one, because we work with manufacturers
- Your mobile number — so we can arrange a call
- What you tell us about your operation — so we can answer usefully
- Technical details attached to the submission — the IP address and the page it came from, kept as a basic guard against automated abuse
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics profiling on this site.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and, if a conversation follows, to carry it forward. That is a legitimate interest in responding to someone who has approached us, and it is also simply what you asked us to do by writing.
We will not send you marketing you did not ask for. If we ever want to, we will ask first.
Who sees it
Our own team, and the suppliers that make the website and our email work — our hosting provider and our email provider. They process it on our instructions and for no other purpose. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within twenty-four months. Where a client relationship begins, we keep what the relationship and our legal obligations require, and no longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email the request to info@orbitxinfotech.com and we will act on it — normally within a few days, and in any case within the period the applicable law allows. There is no charge.
If you are in India, these rights sit under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, they sit under the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR, and you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Submitting the contact form sets a single short-lived session cookie, used only to stop the same visitor submitting the form repeatedly in quick succession. It carries no personal information and expires when you close your browser.
Other websites
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them. That request carries your IP address and is governed by Google's own privacy policy. We use no other third-party services on this site.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date below. This notice was last updated on 4 September 2026.
